A free, three day festival-style event to celebrate our uplands and blanket bogs with activities and entertainment for everyone.The two day conference (Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd September) is free but booking required. Visit: www.moorsforthefuture.org.uk to find out more. Public engagement activities taking place throughout the Thursday and Friday. There will also be a special day of events on Saturday 23rd September is completely free to attend and no registration is necessary – just turn up on the day and enjoy! Pay and display car park available in Edale, just a 5 minute walk from the Moorland Centre. Edale train station also a 5 minute walk away from the Moorland Centre. Hosted by Moors for the Future Partnership and IUCN UK Peatland Programme, BogFest will encompass a festival atmosphere with Bogtastic activities, walks, talks, entertainment, music, refreshments and more!
